Currently working alongside the development team migrating the web application and network infrastructure to a cloud based hybrid model. Working in liason with management and partners in developing cloud migration strategy with a scope for a scalable and robust network.

Provided technical support for on-premises IT systems, network infrastructure, and end-user devices. Provided assistance with network incidents and technical input on maintenance procedure reviews.
